How to Sign Up:

Signing up for Hockey and Sons is fast and easy. Simply fill out the electronic form below and hit submit. Your information goes directly to Hockey and Sons administrative assistant, Marilyn Ward, and Hockey and Sons Owner, Troy G. Ward, for processing.
Please note, signing up does NOT GUARANTEE you a spot at the camp. You will receive an automatic email confirming submission of the registration form. You will then receive a confirmation email from Hockey and Sons as soon as possible. Registration preference will be granted to campers who have previously attended.
50% of your total tuition must be submitted with registration in order to hold your spot.
Any remaining balance must be paid in full by February 15 or your registration may be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy:

A $250 administrative fee will be charged for all cancelled registrations.
Cancellations after April 15, up until May 15, will result in a 50% refund unless a medical circumstance or family emergency prevents you from participating and a doctor's note is provided.
After May 15, no refund will be given unless a medical circumstance or family emergency prevents you from participating and a doctor's note is provided.

Acknowledgement of Risk and Release RELEASE OF LIABILITY. As a Participant and Parent of a Participant child, I hereby acknowledge and agree that hockey activities are, by their inherent nature, dangerous and represent a substantial risk of personal injury, property damage and/or death to participants. On behalf of myself and my child (identified below), I SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE that our participation in a Hockey and Sons camp or activity, subjects me and my child to substantial and serious risk of property damage, personal injury and/or death. Recognizing such hazard and in consideration for being permitted to participate in such activities, on behalf of myself and my child, I ASSUME ALL SUCH HAZARDS AND RISKS, AND FULLY WAIVE, RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE Hockey and Sons, its officers, directors, coaches, employees, agents, and representatives, as well as all sponsors of the program, their subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives, from and against any and all claims, demands and liabilities which I or my child may have, now or in the future, known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, future or contingent, which arise or result from, or are in any way connected with our participation in the said activities. I FURTHER COVENANT AND AGREE for myself and on behalf of my child, that I will not commence or prosecute any action, suit or other proceeding against any of the parties so released and discharged.
